Malachi

Male Clouded Leopard came to Big Cat Rescue as a temporary boarder. He was the second clouded leopard to live here.  The first was a cat named Burma who was saved from a notorious Florida exotic cat breeder who was going to make a wall mount out of him.

He seemed to enjoy Life on Easy Street!  There are only 195 Clouded Leopards in captivity and of those only 111 in the SSP breeding program.

Sadly, Malachi died from Aden carcinoma, a incurable cancer in June 2000.
