Vet News
King Tut Savannah Cat was seen by Dr. Justin Boorstein today. He has been observed limping and got X-Rays and a full exam. We are consulting with other vets but think he may have a torn ligament. He also had a mass removed from his side which is being sent out for testing. He is waking up well and will be in the recovery hospital for several days to heal from the removal and for observation. Supporters like you make this type of medical care possible so THANK YOU!!

Bobcat Rehab Update
A 100-acre burn had separated a mother bobcat from two of her kittens. Wild bobcat brothers, Bravo and Tango, were orphaned as a result of clear-cutting forest for development in the panhandle. The brothers were raised together at Big Cat Rescue in the Rehab and Release Program. Here is a glimpse into what it looks like (and feels like) to release them back into the wild. Keeper Brittany put her GoPro on Operations Manager Kathryn for a first-person perspective. You can hear, feel and see the emotions in this short clip.
