Coordinator Report – Jennifer Ruszczyk
Today was a beautiful slow paced day but we sure did get a lot done. Lynda started us off with am meds. Brittany Mira got her second to the last sign-off for keeper tour. We are super excited to have her lead the tour on her own. We continued the ongoing project of getting the tiger island enclosures ready. I think every volunteer here worked on that project today. The hurricane Holly’s replaced tiger platforms. Jen R, Tanya, and Rebecca organized two areas we keep buckets and the blue truck. Kathryn and Becky Gagliardo worked their magic for pm meds!

Sunday Funday Birthday Treats for Some of our April Birthday cats!!
Pharaoh the White African Serval was born at BCR in 1999 before we realized that breeding cats for a life in captivity was wrong, and did not serve any conservation purpose. African Servals originate from Africa and are usually brown with black spots and stripes. Pharaoh gets his white coat from a condition called leucism that causes decreased pigmentation in his coat. White servals are rare and Pharaoh is one of few known in the world.
Get an up-close him in 360 VR! This looks AMAZING if you wear Oculus Go, HTC Vive, Rift, Cardboard or any other sort of HMD. Get our inexpensive headset and support the cats at the same time at BigCatRescue.org/VR
