Being as “Purrfect” as we can to help save the planet is a mission we take very seriously here at Big Cat Rescue. We know that by keeping the planet green for us, we keep it green to all the wildlife out there.
We recycle our plastics, reuse much of our materials, keep lights low or off in our gift shop, and turn in our ink cartridges and old cell phones to raise money to help feed the cats. And we offer discounted group rates on those that come in one bus instead of filling up our parking lot with Hummers and S.U.V.’s.
The conservation programs we support help keep wild habitat protected.
We still feel like we should be and can be doing more.
