Today a rare African cat found in a local neighborhood is expected to be reunited with its owner.
The female African Serval was discovered this week inside a barn in Harlan Township. The Warren County Dog Warden couldn’t find a microchip in the animal.
The owner did eventually come forward to claim the cat. A rescue for exotic animals has been caring for her.
