Valentine’s Day Bobcat Rescue

Because the cat is eating well and does not have any visible injuries we are going to wait until Friday to sedate and do a full exam.

The cat is female, weigh 14 pounds, appears to be 10 or 11 months old.  She happily ate 8 ounces of ground beef and a rat.

We have named her Aphrodite, after the goddess of love which is appropriate since she was found on Valentine’s Day.

Tomorrow, when we can get the outdoors cage ready for her she will be moved to the rehab cage with the Explore cam on it.
