In case you missed it, Lakota Bobcat was put outside. Artemis Cougar is back outside and in the enclosure next to Kricket Serval. Ares Cougar and Orion Cougar were moved next to Artemis so she didn’t feel alone. They will remain separated until her incision heals.

We were a bit short volunteers today, but thanks to the ones that were here and our wonderful interns we were able to feed, clean and get food prep done in time for our volunteer appreciation party. We even got final sign-offs done for interns, thank you, Babs and Lauren, for doing that! The interns, Amanda and Andrew got some raking done and golf carts were washed off.

If you have a favorite keeper and would like to thank them for their many hours of volunteer work cleaning and feeding the cats, mowing and raking and all the other duties they perform every week just because they love the cats you could treat them to a sponsorship kit of their favorite cat. COOL NEWS! Project Underway!
A volunteer team has assembled to begin doing updates on the cat bios. Our awesome Share Team Coordinator, Holly Kopacz, is taking the lead this massive project. She is scouring through the Daily Big Cat Updates pages, DailyBigCat.com videos, BigCatTV.com videos, and working with LaWanna, Afton, and Brittany gathering each cat’s updates that have not yet been added to the cats’ bio pages.
Keepers have also been adding notes about the cats’ purr-sonalies, likes, dislikes, and funny antics so the updated bios should be informative and fun.
If you want sneak peeks of those join us at Facebook.com/groups/BigCatRescueUnits/ as they will begin getting posted there in the next couple of days. A photo album of each cat is also being added as well. They will also be getting added to BigCatRescue.org/catbio/ It is a long project so please be patient.
