Coordinator Report – Devin Saari

Fun day today and we had just enough people come in to get everything done! Extra thanks to Michael Heap and Brittany Mira for helping out last minute!

We changed the way the food-prep building is set up so get ready for a new look when you come in next!  It was a big project changing up food-prep so thanks to Dylan Lavigne, Mazz, Stephanie Chaiser, Michael Heap, Angie Gabor, Kathyrn Stapleton, Gale Ingham, and Devin Saari. (Especially putting the big table back together) Food-prep was completed early thanks to Dylan Lavigne, Fred Pagan, and Mazz.

Tables were moved from the party house to the gift shop for Howard tomorrow.

Dylan Lavigne and Devin Saari put water into all of the golf cart batteries so they are all good now
