final attempt to save cruelty investigation

Tag Fee Increase
Our final attempt to save cruelty investigation & adoption jobs!!  The animals rely on us.

Wednesday, August 19, there will be a final public hearing meeting to discuss the tag fee increase for Hillsborough County Animal Services. This meeting will begin at 2:00pm at the Board of County Commissioners. We ask that you please send the Commissioners an email stating that you support the $10.00 tag fee increase so that the Adoption and Cruelty Investigation programs can be saved.  Additionally, if you are able to attend the public meeting at the County Center, that would be great. Even if you don't speak, we have been told any signs supporting the increase would be great for the Commissioners to see.

This last push will remind the Commissioners how important this vote is for the animals in our community.
