Foster Recruiting Program

Hello Friends
How would you like more Foster Homes for abandoned dogs and cats? Jack Talman wants to establish a Foster Recruiting Program.
Animal Based Charities will do the recruiting for you. We will direct them to the most appropriate group. That will be determined by each groups needs. Your group will set the parameters. Of course your group will have the final approval on any volunteer we direct to you. Let us know how you feel about such a program. We need your input. By increasing Fosters we feel we will save more lives.
Let us know how to help you save more lives.
