In response to Animal Policy Examiner’s emailed request for information about the history of state permitting for Tony, a ten-year-old, 550-pound tiger exhibited at the Tiger Truck Stop on Interstate 10 in Grosse Tete, press secretary Bo Boehringer of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) sent the following reply.
