Yes, Virginia, the illegal, blackmarket trade in endangered species thrives in the United States.  All across the U.S. wild animals are used as photo and pay to play props and then disappear.  It only makes sense that many of the pelts, bones and artifacts that are seized within America’s borders come from those discarded lion, tiger, liger and leopard cubs.
