Happy 22nd birthday to Gabby the pocket tiger! Why do we call Gabrielle Tiger the pocket tiger you may ask? She is one of our tiniest tigers and it's a loving nickname her favorite Keepers had given her shortly after her arrival to BCR.

THANK YOU - Facebook Fundraiser & Donations

With an annual budget of close to four million dollars a year fundraising is an ongoing need to keep expenses met.  We want to THANK EACH OF YOU who do Facebook fundraisers and donate on Carole and Brittany's Live Streaming videos.  Because of you, we are able to give these cats what they need.  It is all of you who make what we do possible.

The cats have received a check for YOUR donation through Facebook in the amount of $10,595.69.

Coordinator Report - Lauren Buckingham

Great Monday, today! Ivermectin day but all the cats cooperated.  Steph C got food prep done before lunch.  We sent out two 3:00 PM tours thanks to Denny, Alyssa E, Holly, and Wendy.  With food prep done, it meant the interns were free to work on projects this afternoon.

Vanessa, Holly, and Susana helped with the Educational tour mid-morning.  Intern Fred is back for level 4. He passed his map test this morning.

The interns raked around the exterior of the Texas tigers' enclosure, whilst I and MC installed new water bowls and removed sawgrass from around the ponds.

Work was started on Zucari's enclosure, the bubble next to Gilligan is finished and the next one along has been started.

Picky cats ate well for the most part.

BethAnn made sure the 'sicle cats got their afternoon treats.

MC did the PM snack cats and supplements

Max Bobcat is back outside, he is still separated from Mary Ann for the time being.

We had a great surprise of a pizza lunch delivered for all the volunteers....it put everyone in a great mood for the afternoon!
