Noel Bobcat has been released.

Big Cat Updates

She's free! FREE! Free At Last!

Can you imagine, for just a minute, put yourself in this little bobcat’s place? What must it have been like laying injured, in pain, cold, and scared beside a noisy busy highway for hours and hours? Paralyzing pain and gripping fear, minute after minute, hour after hour, with no one coming to help. The helplessness and pain must have been unbearable.

Noel’s sprint to freedom

We want to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to the kind people who not only cared enough to call the police but cared enough to go back hours later to make sure help arrived. We want to also SINCERELY THANK Christin who came out on a cold Christmas night to rescue this precious injured bobcat. Also, we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of you who donated tonight to help fund the Wild Bobcat Rehab and Release Program and the hospital expenses so that we can try to save precious wild lives like little Noel. Without YOUR support, we could not do this life-saving work. More at BigCatRescue.org/noel/

Taking Action For Animals

Big Cat Rescue is proud to be a sponsor of the upcoming 2018 Taking Action for Animals (TAFA) conference, hosted by The Humane Society of the United States. We would LOVE for you to join us July 20-23 in Washington, DC to learn how you can advocate for animal issues, including the plight of captive big cats, and lobby for animals on Capitol Hill. Meet Carole Baskin and several more Big Cat Rescue folks and attend Howard Baskin’s presentation on big cats at this important conference!

Taking Action For Animals

TAFA brings together advocates from across the country for a shared goal: to better the lives of animals and people alike. Participants gain a better understanding of the many issues animals face in our society and learn how to take action in their communities through lobbying, education and other citizen advocacy.

Visit takingactionforanimals.org for more information and to register. See you there!
