We were really short handed today, but we managed to get everything done. Devin came in last minute to help clean since we only had one certified cleaner and myself.
We welcomed a new rehab bobcat kitten. She is currently in the recovery hospital. Candy and Andrew are rockstars, and they worked until late on the fourth rehab cage. They finished all the hog rings that needed done.
Spring break is definitely here!!! Lots of tours, and lots of phone calls of people trying to get on tours.

Jamie announced today that Hoover will get it. We have decided to move him there because he loves being in the sunshine so much and one of the three sections is all sunshine. It has pools, and he will LOVE having LOTS of sunshine. Many of you will enjoy the fact that e will also have the Joseph’s Nest Cam, too.

Some of you have been asking me what wishlist items for the kitten fostering program Karma was talking about in the recent “Miracle Kittens” video. I did not know, so I emailed and ask her. Here is her reply:

Rehab Bobcats One The Move: We has been hoping that Shamrock, the new rehab bobcat kitten, could go in with Clover and Lucky, however that is not an option now that we see how much smaller she is than they are.
Because Shamrock is so small we need to move the rehab cats around so that Shamrock will be on this new little one so we can keep a closer eye on her.
The team is working hard today to get another of the new rehab enclosures ready for the moves so this newest arrival, Shamrock can have the rehab with the web cam.
Jamie went to the nursery this morning to pick up $1,600 worth of plants for the last four rehab new rehab cages. His eyes were dilated and he was un responsive. She netted him, and he did not respond.
The vets were alerted and anti seizure medications are on stand by for him, if he has a seizure. Nabisco is in the West Boensch Recovery Hospital and a keeper is sitting with him. The camera is on him too, so we can see how he’s doing.
He seems better, and was probably recovering from a seizure this morning. He has them so infrequently that we keep thinking he’s outgrown them, as bobcats often do.
