Big Cat Updates

Frankie Bobcat & Alpha Rehab Bobcat were moved inside to the recovery hospital for tomorrow’s dental procedure.

Coordinator Report – Afton Tasler

Very busy day! Frankie and Alpha were brought inside to be seen by the vets tomorrow.

The area around the hospitals got tidied up. Thank you for your help Dylan Lavigne. He also helped me open one of Max and Mary Ann’s tunnel doors. Now they are sharing a common wall.

Tanya Chute, Mike Enders, Stephanie Chaiser, and I cleaned up Frankie’s enclosure and raked around the front half and the tour path. We did not have time to do around back.

I just LOVE how sweetly and gently Keeper Marie Schoubert wakes Apollo, a very elderly Siberian Lynx, up to check on him. Marie is a keeper who does Operant Conditioning with the cats and hands out their meds. If you listen closely you can hear him talking to Marie.
