HAPPY Bagel Monday

from Bonnie Farago: I would really like to take a moment and acknowledge Pam Rodriguez. Every Monday without fail there are bagels and cream cheese waiting for us in the keeper cafe. Everyone gets so excited for bagel Monday! What a kind and generous offer to literally get EVERY Monday morning. So thank you, Pam. Dutchess Tiger napping, checking out a noise, then back to napping. Here at Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Florida, we do not believe in locking cats up in night houses. They really enjoy being outside too much for that.

We are in the midst of Kitten Season. Please spay and neuter your cats! When the kittens are 1.5 lbs the Humane Society of Tampa Bay takes them back, fixes them and adopts them out. The best time for cats to be adopted is while they are still cute kittens.

Cooking Class with Bridget

May 21st at 7 pm at the Party House. Interns, partners, keepers, and staff welcome to attend and enjoy some good food. This will be streamed live so our online friends can hang out with us, too.

Kewlona Bobcat says, “I have trained my devoted keepers quite well and they don’t even realize it. They want to look me over head to toe every day, they call that ‘observation.’ If I hide they cannot do that. Therefore, if I pretend to hide, my wonderful human servants will go get me another cicle to lure me out of hiding. LOL, yep, I know how to get an extra cicle!”
