Big Cat Updates

Bobcats, Max and MaryAnn are back together.

Wild bobcats, Echo & Foxtrot were released back into the wild today. (See below)

Giving Tuesday Update & THANK YOU!!!!

Kimba tiger wants to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who donated to Big Cat Rescue for Giving Tuesday!!!! Thanks to YOU we surpassed our $120,000 goal to bring Kimba, Simba and Max from Guatemala to their fur-ever home at our sanctuary and care for them for their first 4 years! After adding up the various ways people donated, the total is just over $150,000!

We won’t know for a while how much of the Facebook match money we will receive, but that will be gravy! We truly have THE BEST supporters in the world!!

Maya Cougar is now in FunCation.

Natalia Leopard was moved back to her enclosure between Nikki Lion and Armani Leopard. She has access from the tour path down to the enclosure next to Sundari Leopard.

Busy cat move day today!
Wild bobcats, Echo & Foxtrot were released back into the wild today❤
Natalia Leopard was moved into her regular enclosure between Nikki Lion and Armani Leopard, and she had the extra two bubbles that go to Sundari Leopard‘s enclosure also.
Manny Jaguar was moved home from Funcation, and Maya Cougar was moved out to Funcation.
That’s about it!
