Devin Saari’s Coordinator Report for Tuesday – 11/7/17
Great day today lots of help to get feeding and cleaning done.
Food prep was completed before lunch which was great because we had a lot of tours!
A path was created behind Jinx’s old cage to the back gate for Howard
Romina and Fred got their operant and enrichment sign offs.
Picky cats ate well today
Wildcat Walkabout – Safari Days Totals
The numbers are now tallied for the Wildcat Walkabout. The event raised $13,630 for conservation projects.
All profits are being donated to the five following Insitu conservation projects working to save big cats in the wild where they belong. The following amount are what is being donated.
- Tiger Conservation Project $2,910
- Lion Conservation Project – $2,887
- Cougar Conservation Project – $2,538
- Ocelot Conservation Project – $2,541
- Bobcat Conservation Project – $2754

Keeper Brittany Mira from 11/5/2017: Yesterday’s Wildcat Walkabout 2017 was a big hit with the Tigers. Andy tiger lost his mind over his giant blood sicle in front of 500 people and it was adorable. Priya & Andy stole the show
