Support Carole Baskin on Captive Wildlife Technical Assistance Group
The Florida Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has appointed Big Cat Rescue CEO and Founder Carole Baskin to their Captive Wildlife Technical Assistance Group. This is a committee that helps recommend policies to FWC. Diversity of viewpoint is an important part of having it be effective.
Because Carole has been a vocal leader in arguing for stronger rules to protect animals, an individual we view as one of the most notorious exploiters of tiger cubs in the State has organized a smear campaign to oppose her appointment.
Please help us show to FWC that many citizens of Florida agree with our views on stronger protection for animals by signing this petition today, because the Commissioners meet tomorrow and without your voice they will only hear from those who oppose better protection for animals.
