PETA getting involved in Roy Horn tiger attack
May 19, 2006 05:49 PM EDT
There’s a new lawsuit involving the tiger attack that seriously injured illusionist Roy Horn. According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, PETA is suing the US Department of Agriculture for improperly withholding records related to the investigation.
The group is challenging the USDA’s policy of withholding affidavits of employees and witnesses during investigations. The USDA never determined what caused a white tiger to maul Horn during a performance in 2003.
