I have had several emails back and forth with this vet asking if we rehabbed the cougars would it possible to release them back in WY. He hasn’t responded as to the legality of it, but only to the sentiment that farmers would never let it happen. I’d hate to see these cubs live their lives in cages if there is any chance of living free. Anyone out there know of a rehabber in WY that would take them on?
