Tiger Cubs Turn 1; Kindergarten Class Celebrates

Several months ago, the Buffalo Zoo introduced a rare pair of animals -- two baby tigers -- to the public. On Tuesday those tiger cubs turned one year old, and they had some special, and adorable, guests to help celebrate.

The kindergarten class of School 67 visited the zoo to sing "Happy Birthday" and celebrate along with the tiger cubs.

The cubs were treated to a cardboard birthday cake filled with meat as well as a pinata, which they quickly tore down.

"You know, they're not gonna even notice the kids out here," said animal keeper Dave Brigham. "They're gonna be focused on the presents."
