bobcat, about the same age as Gator from a Florida rehabber. He had been found abandoned on Captiva Island and choppered into the mainland but the clinic did not have rehab facilities for him to learn how to be a bobcat. Jamie Veronica and Dr. Justin Boorstein took a day trip today to pick him up. We had been told the new bobcat kitten was a female and were very happy at the prospect of perhaps releasing the unrelated couple when they are ready to go.
While that might have been the best outcome for Florida bobcats, we don’t think Gator will mind having a “brother” instead. Now they can burn off some of the bobcat
