Today at Big Cat Rescue June 28 Bengali Tiger Gets Enrichment

Summer campers, volunteers and staff all enjoyed watching Bengali the tiger tear up his cardboard porcupine that had been loving made for him by the summer campers.

Babbs and Julie Riddle got the Skip A Holic trees back upright and staked into place after Tropical Storm Debby blew them down.

Selena the bobcat had to go to the vet today because she was seen acting weird and not wanting her operant meat.  She is usually quick to scarf down her favorite cuts of meat, but was licking her lips and acting nauseous.  The lab results confirmed that she is fighting an unknown infection so she is on antibiotics.  Otherwise the 17 year old, fur farm rescue, looks surprisingly good and one kidney is actually in better shape than the last time she was seen, which is way beyond weird.  Hopefully this good news is that she should respond quickly and be back with her bobcat buddies, Apache and Divinity soon.
