The Voting Phase will take place between 8/28/2009 and 9/20/2009 (the "Voting Period"). During the Voting Phase there will be six (6) Voting Rounds. The Voting Rounds will be as follows:
First round start on 8/29/2009 12:00 AM PST, to 9/4/2009 at 11:59 PM PST, top 32 will go on to second Voting Round
Second round from 9/5/2009 12:00 AM PST to 9/8/2009 11:59 PM PST – top 16 will go on to third Voting Round.
Third round from 9/8/2009 12:00 AM PST to 9/11/2009 11:59 PM PST – top 8 will go on to fourth Voting Round.
Fourth round from 9/11/2009 12:00 AM PST to 9/14/2009 11:59 PM PST – top 4 will go on to fifth Voting Round.
Fifth round from 9/14/2009 12:00 AM PST to 9/17/2009 11:59 PM PST – top 2 will go on to sixth Voting Round.
Sixth round from 9/17/2009 12:00 AM PST to 9/20/2009 11:59 PM PST – Top vote getter will be winner.
In the event of a tie in the first voting round, Intel will randomly choose which organizations will move forward in the competition. For all Voting rounds, Users may place ONE vote for a single Cause per day. The top vote getter in each Voting Round will be determined by the Voting Round vote count alone. In the event of a tie cumulative votes throughout all previous Voting Rounds will be used as the tie breaker.
