I am crafting a more elegant announcement re the WORLD PREMIERE of THE TIGER NEXT DOOR in Toronto in May– but in the meantime please HELP promote the film and drive some awareness of the screenings at HOT DOCS. It takes less than one minute, i promise.
Hot Docs has some kind of weird buzz meter going counting how many people visit the listing for a film and another meter for how many "add" it to their list (of films they want to see).
and click anywhere the text is YELLOW (screening times.. Advance tickets.. online) and you will be taken to the official HOT DOCS page for THE TIGER NEXT DOOR. That's it ! Not sure if you can go through this cycle more than once but its worth a try.
Then, if you are really ambitious on my behalf… scroll to the bottom of the page and click "add screening" that would be terrific. (The only catch here is that they make you register a name and password in order to keep a list of films you ostensibly want to see).
In theory if I get enough activity the film will appear on their buzzmeter.
Of course I would love it if you would come see the film in TORONTO but in lieu of that, this is great. Kind of like people calling to name that space shuttle for Stephen Colbert but I dont have a TV show to help broadcast my plea 🙂
