This is what one guest posted on YouTube about their visit

This is a video of the tour they give at the big cat rescue. Before you get all upset about them in cages, these cats were rescued from people that have no consideration for the consequences of keeping large cats. Most of these cats were abused, abandoned and left to die by people that thought they could keep them as pets. For the most part they cannot be reintroduced into the wild because they were born into domestication or de-clawed and can’t hunt on their own. Big Cat Rescue makes no money on this facility and tour fees go directly to caring for the cats. Most of the people working here are interns working for free.

Hello! I’m Paula, I’m from Brazil, I study to be a Veterinarian, and I LOVE bigcats, so, I loved your website!
I was looking the volunteer page, it’s amazing!!!!
Someday I’d love to work with those animals, it’s a pity I can’t leave Brazil ($$), if I could, I’d get in there early possible! 😀
My dream since I was child is work with those animals, I hope someday I realize this dream.

I hope you get a lot of donated and keep making a good work like now. 🙂

It’s really good website, I’ll keep up with it always!
