Mobile Home and Modular Home For Sale
I have loaned money to the operator of a manufactured home sales lot for the past 25 years and would secure the loans with notes that were secured by their lot models. When they folded in the fall of 2017, they couldn’t repay me, so instead they signed over the titles to these two homes. These homes typically sold for 100k (MH) to 110k (Mod) but I do not have lots for them currently and will sell them just for what I am owed which is $69,250 for the mobile home and $90,250 for the modular home.
