How To Make Recurring Donations Using PayPal

While we prefer our donors to use the Salsa credit card form for their donations, there are some people who can only give via PayPal.  We prefer Salsa because it automatically updates the donor’s file, saving us time and money in matching up donations from other processors.  For those who are limited to using PayPal, and who want to make their donation a recurring donation (the best kind) here are the instructions.

On our website at the URL below you can set up a recurring donation via paypal or a credit card.

You choose the amount in US dollars and Paypal or your credit card will convert it from the currency you use and it will show up in your account in your currency.

If you ever need to change or cancel the monthly donations, you would do that by going into your paypal account per the instructions below.
Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Select My money.
In the My preapproved payments section, click Update.
Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request..
