Meet Teuci Bobcat

He got in trouble with a chicken farmer and got a little banged up in the process of being trapped.

The photo above is Teuci in a coop at the farm.

Big Cat Rescue was called and decided to take him to the sanctuary for a little R & R so he can heal his wounds.

He’s next door to Cooper and I’ll bet they have a lot of chicken thieven stories to swap!

Teuci, was trapped by a farmer after he was caught eating his ducks. He didn’t want anything bad to happen to the bobcat, so he called upon us to step in and help.

Moved from hospital to rehab

Now Teuci’s in rehab at Big Cat Rescue but not for long!

Stay tuned for his upcoming release back to the wild where he belongs.

This evening Jamie and the team went out to set the trap to catch Teuci in the morning but when he walked right into the transport Jamie shut the door and brought him into the hospital to begin preparing for his upcoming release back into the wild.

February 15 2015 – Teuci WENT FREE!!

Teuci IS FREE!!!!! It took quite a while for him to decide to sprint to freedom but when he finally decided he raced toward the woods.
