Thanks Tiger Thank You! ThanksTiger

Something most donors can agree on is that they want their donations to go to the cause and not to frivolous expenses.  That’s why we have created this page to show our thanks.

Thank You! CallRewardIn the past our donation and sponsor kits have come with varying levels of appreciation gifts; from sending the donor an 8 x 10 photo of one of our cats, or mailing labels, window decals, bumper stickers, etc. but we kept hearing from our donors that they wanted their entire gift to go to the cats and not to these things they could buy in our store if they really wanted them.

Your sponsorship in the amounts listed below help us to provide these cats with large natural enclosures, a healthy diet, exceptional veterinary care, and toys and enrichment.   Thank you for helping us care for them!

These cats can’t be set free. They were born in cages and would not survive in the wild. None of the big cats are native to the US and it is against the law to set them free in the US. The countries that they are native to will not take a big cat that was born in a cage in the US. Go after the breeders who are creating this. They breed these cats for Pay to Play and then the cats are discarded when they are to big😢

You can always help by encouraging people to visit BigCatRescue.org to learn more about big cats and the situations facing them. Another great way is to encourage people to visit CatLaws.com to help make a difference. On BigCatRescue.org you can use the menus at the top to find ways to help, even ways that don't cost.

When I lived in GA, I went to the Cherry Tree Festival. They had a traveling show featuring several different types of lions and tigers. I was horrified at the small cages that they were using for 2 to 3 cats at a time. I will do whatever is necessary to see that these types of captive big cat shows are stopped as well as the private ownership of big cats. They belong in the wild as that is what they are called wild animals for. It is inhumane what the private sector does when owning wild animals. Let them go!

I’m so glad that BCR is a safe haven for all these magnificent creatures! I love all animals but my favorite animal is the Big Cats of the world. We really need to stop the cub petting and learn to live side by side with all creatures big and small. Thank You BCR for being there for the animals in need and teaching awareness of their plight!

I am proud to support Big Cat Rescue and all the hard work they do for the magnificent animals they fight to save. There is no doubt it is a labor of love for them.
